Poor Hilary!! Well, that sucks! Hilary Duff was seen out on October 7th on La Cienega Boulevard, but she got a parking ticket!! For some reason, the paparazzi there offered to pay for it, which is a little silly.
Hilary wasn’t very happy to see the paparazzi in her face though.

can you blame her for being rude when some guy films her getting a ticket, and for no reason offers to pay for it. That’s just wired. It’s not fun getting a ticket, and have someone filming it sure doesn’t make it better!
The paparazzi were being extremely nice offering to pay for the ticket, they didn’t have to. She must have been having a bad day already and the ticket was the boiling point. Still no need to blow up at them when they offered to do something nice.

You don’t see or hear what the paps did or said before or during when the video was shot, for the most part. There may be real reasons for her being defensive. Maybe the paps kept her from getting to her car and that’s the reason she got the ticket, and this guy was being exactly as she said. Maybe they were taunting her as they have done in the past, such as can be seen in videos posted on this site. She has her reasons.
