Hilary Duff was spotted out shopping yesterday in Studio City. She had to dump a lot of change into the meter before her shopping trip. From the bags she’s carrying, it looks like Hilary went shopping at a store called Dari.
Although Hilary just dropped off her dogs at the vet to be boarded before a long trip, it looks like Hilary had enough time before going away to do her shopping!
