Hilary Duff was spotted shopping on her own in New York City’s Meatpacking district on May 7th. Hilary went to stores such as Scoop and Artsee, where she bought a new pair of sunglasses.
I think Hilary looks ultra chic with her combination of striped shirt, cut-off shorts and the belt to glam it all up. Also love the gladiator-style sandals, which are very ‘in’ this season.
