Hilary Duff ‘Stranger’ Presale in Japan

HMV Japan has put up a presale notice for "Stranger" by Hilary Duff, leading us to suspect it will be the next single.

It has been rumored on and off for a few weeks now but the single "Dignity" has also been strongly suggested.

So, we’ll just have to see if "Stranger" is next!
