Since we saw Hilary Duff last week wearing the Marchesa Mini Dress for the fake film premiere during filming of Gossip Girl, a number of sites have been comparing Hilary Duff in the dress to when Miley Cyrus wore the same dress at the 2008 American Music Awards. So I thought I’d do the same, and ask who wore it best!
Hilary Duff was also seen yesterday back in LA at the airport. Probably she made a quick trip home before her trip to Bogota.
