There’s some extremely bad news for the young man that was injured in the car crash with Hulk Hogan’s son Nick. According to this article on the Starpulse News Blog, here’s what the court was told about his condition:
The 22-year-old passenger hurt in the car crash involving wrestler Hulk Hogan’s son Nick will need to be cared for in a nursing home for the rest of his life. U.S. Marine John Graziano was critically injured in the crash in Florida in August. His skull was broken at the base, he experienced brain swelling and a large amount of blood collected under the skull.
Court documents reveal he is still on life support – he can only manage to open and close his eyes and his condition is unlikely to improve. A report was filed by registered nurse Joanne Jones, who was hired by the court to examine Graziano’s condition. She claims he has a gag reflex and can respond to being pinched, but has no reaction to sound or touch and his pupils do not respond to light.
Her report, detailing the findings of Graziano’s doctor H. Bushnell Clarke, reads, “At this present time, he states his prognosis remains guarded. He states that this young man most likely will spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home.”
If 17-year-old Hogan was found to be speeding when he crashed, he could be held criminally responsible for Graziano’s injuries.
My heart breaks for John Graziano and for his family. I wish you all strength and my prayers are with you.

I hope Nick has learned his lesson but probably not since his father wont even own up to the fact that his son was speeding, stating “my son has done nothing wrong.” the hogans are extremely lucky John’s mother is so understanding but, she will probably still have to sue the hogans because no one can afford to be in a nursing home their whole life. The bottom line is Nick will never be sorry for what happened if he doesn’t acknowledge that he did something wrong. Like Dr. Phil says you can’t change what you don’t acknowledge, I did’nt do anything wrong so why should i be sorry. Nick you need to grow up.
NICK HOGAN IS A FOOLISH YOUNG MAN,WHO SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS ACTIONS,YOUNG MEN AND CARS USUALLY MEAN ONE THING SPEEDING AND DRIVEING RECKLESSLEY,NOW IM NOT SAYING HES A BAD KID BECAUSE WE HAVE ALL MADE MISTAKES AND BAD CHOICES IN LIFE,AND BEING A YOUNG MAN IS DIFFICULT BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHO YOU REALLY ARE AND YOUR TRYING TO FIND YOUR OWN IDENTITY,ITS NEVER EASY FOR A YOUNG MAN TO GROW UP AND HOPEFULLY OUT OF HIS FATHERS SHADOW,AND THIS IS DOUBLEY SO FOR CELEBRITY SONS,THE NAMES OF FAMOUS FATHERS SONS WHO HAVE SELF DESTRUCTED IS A LONG ONE,NEWMAN ,BRANDO,JUST FOR EXAMPLE,MAYBE THE GUILT OF WORKING SO MUCH MAKES THERE FATHERS OVER INDULGEV THEM AND FEED THERE EVERY WHIM.
WAS HULK HOGANS SON SPOILED ,PROBABLEY BUT FROM WHAT IV SEEN THE HOGANS ARE GOOD PARENTS,AND THIS WAS AN ACCIDENT EVEN IF NICK IS CHARGED WITH SPEEDING AND OR DRIVING RECKLESSLY ITS STILL A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT.
OUR PRAYERS AND FOCUS SHOULD BE ON THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAS INJURED AND NOT THE NAUSEATING CULTURE THAT IS CELEBRITY,THEY ARE JUST AS DISFUNCTIONAL AS THE REST OF US IF NOT MORE SO,AND HEALTHY PEOPLE SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AND TREAT THEM FOR WHAT THEY ARE TEMPORERY ENTERTAINMENT AND NOTHING MORE ,CERTAINLEY NOT DEMI-GODS.
HULK HOGAN HAS EARNED MORE MONEY THEN YOU CAN SPEND IN TEN LIFETIMES I JUST HOPE HE STEPS UP TO THE PLATE AND PAYS ALL JOHNS MEDICAL BILL AND CARE COSTS,AND LETS HIS SON BECOME A MAN BY STANDING UP TO HIS RESPONSEABILITYS DUE TO HIS ACTIONS,THE SAYING THERE BUT FOR THE GRACE OF GOD GO I,CERTAINLEY RINGS TRUE.
NO ONE IS TRYING TO SCAPEGOAT THE HOGANS BUT PEOPLE HAVE TO BE AWARE OF THE CONSEQUENCIES OF THERE BEHAVIOUR AND CELEBRITYS SEEM TO BE THE WORST PEOPLE FOR THINKING THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT.

WAS HE SPEEDING?WAS HE DRIVEING RECKLESS? ONLY A POLICE INVESTIGATION SHOULD DETERMINE THAT AND NOT THE WORD OF NICKS FATHER HULK HOGAN,LET YOUR SON BE DEALT WITH CORRECTLEY BY THE ATHOURITYS AND IF HES DONE NOTHING WRONG THEN YOU CAN MAKE THE ACCIDENT SPEACH,

Nick, yes maybe responseable for the wreck because he was driving but the law states you most wear a seatbelt so if his friend, a marine, a man that has seen war can’t wear a seatbelt its not like Nick forced him to ride with him or ride without a seatbelt so who can say the seatbelt would have not saved him from his near death postion. I’m sure Johns a good person and a good solider; so does a good solider go with out a helment on when they are in the middle of a battle so why not wear a seat belt because he chose not to so Nick should not be charged for Johns injures just the driving wreckless if he was.

The guy got ARRESTED for this. Multiple eyewitnesses said he was speeding (over 30 MPH faster than the speed limit).
