On Thursday, March 5th, Miley Cyrus was at the 5th Ave. Barnes & Noble in New York signing her new book “Miles to Go”. The fans sure came out to see her! The line stretched around the block as early as 5 am, nearly 12 hours before she was even due to show up.
It was pretty cold out in NY that day, but that didn’t stop the fans.
"Miley is a goddess, so who cares about the cold?", said Haley Schulman, 16.
It wasn’t just young girls who showed up for the book signing. The very first person in line was 20 year old Mark Shapp, who showed up a 9 pm the night before. Crazy!
"Miley Cyrus is the greatest of the greats and she is also a beautiful person," he declared. "I’ve seen every show a million times and I can’t get enough."
Miley told PEOPLE that she hopes this book will help fans see that she is a real person.
"Most of the time you see me smiling — I mean that’s how I got my name! — but that’s not what it’s all about. Everyone goes through hardships and heartbreaks," she says.
She also writes about Prince Charming, who we all know is Nick Jonas. He was her first love and she was not afraid to open up about it in the book.
Have any of you read the book yet? Tell me how you like it! Check out some more photos of Miley Cyrus from the book signing. She looks amazing!!
