How Britney Lost Her Weight

As we all know, Britney is shedding those pounds by the day, and the more she loses, the more rumors floating around as to possible "artificial involvement" in the process." She, therefore, decided to go out to the press and share her diet secrets with the world.

So what is the secret?

  • running on the treadmill every morning for an hour
  • lifting weights every evening for 45 minutes
  • eating six small balanced meals throughout the day instead of the traditional 3 , which keeps her blood sugar stable
  • replacing white flour with high fiber whole grains
  • playing fast music during her workouts
  • and breastfeeding which can burn 500 hundred calories a day (though we heard she was not breastfeeding)

According to the report, Britney is already down to size 8. She’s lost 26 out of the 40 pounds that she’s gained over her recent pregnancies and it seems as if she’s on track for a great appearance at KFed’s premier in a couple of weeks.
