Have you been watching American Idol the last couple of weeks? One of the ladies that auditioned this week was Joanna Pacitti. Joanna had a record contract once upon a time and has even toured with Nick Lachey in 2006.
Not only that, but like our very own Jessica Simpson, Joanna also got her own reality TV show on MTV’s True Life, which followed Joanna around in her first year as a recording artist.
Wonder if Jess knows her? Or if they ever got to meet? Nick and Jess were in the midst of divorce in 2006, but you never know.
I can’t say as I remember Joanna’s album, so she must not have made an impression on me, at least. But you might. Here’s her video, “Let It Slide“:
