I totally called it in my recap of last week’s episode! Radhika Desai, while likely a good chef who makes excellent food, was unfortunately given the task of leading Restaurant Wars and was the one cut from the show this week. She just didn’t have what it took to be at the front of the house or the guts to tell Jeff to be at the front where he belonged. Or you know, to give anyone any kind of direction.
It’s really unfortunate that because her team won, we still have to deal with Leah. In my eyes, she was the one who messed up the most, sending out raw fish and getting her dish sent back to the kitchen. However, she should be making out with Stefan instead of Hosea; if not for his desserts, her team would have been on the bottom.
I’m surprised Carla didn’t get sent home for her, in her words, “hot mess” of a dessert, but the judges blamed Radhika’s failure to lead.
For next week: I’m going with either Leah or Carla as the one to go. Please please let it be Leah.
