Filming for “Iron Man 2” is underway! Pictures have been released from April 6th, when the cast started filming on their Los Angeles set.

Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle were all pictured, as well as a cast member I wasn’t aware of. Are you ready for this? Comedian Garry Shandling is in Iron Man 2! Seriously? You may know him from “The Larry Sanders Show”. Yep, that guy.
“Shandling is a reporter or Senator or some sort that appears in a continuation of the final scene from the first ‘Iron Man’ film,” claims rumor site IESB, referring to Tony Stark’s public revelation at the end of the first film. The report — still very much a rumor, of course — indicates that “Iron Man 2″ will open as a direct continuation of that famous scene.
