Is Blake Lively Heading For a Post-Penn Meltdown?

We tried finding a new girlfriend for Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley ever since his split from co-star Blake Lively, but it looks like the actor isn’t the one hurting. According to real life gossip girls the Scene Queens, Blake was recently seen outside Penn’s apartment “picking up a shopping bag full of clothes” and looking “uncharacteristically schlumpy in sweats.”

Blake hasn’t been giving any interviews since the breakup and was absent from her usual Halloween festivities, though she did show up to Penn’s birthday this week with a cake, and was photographed, like, totally hugging her 24-year-old ex. We guess when you work with someone every day for months, you kind of have to hug it out, or else kiss and make up (*achem* Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick). Blake and Penn have been dating since basically the beginning of Gossip Girl, so who do you think is hurting more from this split? And more importantly: will they be able to get back together before the season finale??
