Is Britney a Bad Tipper?

This is definately just another Britney rumor, but at the absence of any real Britney news this weekend (where the hell is she anyways?), I figured I can probably be posted here…

According to E!, while her recent trip to One Sunset restaurant on Saturday just before midnight along with four other friends Britney and the crew decided to stiff the waitress and leave a tip of $0 (yes zero) for their $251 check. The group chowed down jumbo shrimp cocktail, strip steak, cheeseburgers and chicken oysters Rockefeller and washed it all down with Grey Goose vodka and Red Bulls.

So why did they do it? At one point in the evening, Spears had staffers scrambling to look for her camera, because she said it was missing and she believed someone had stolen it.

Upon arriving at her car Britney found that the camera has been in her car the whole time…
