As I predicted back in July (see Jamie Lynn Spears is knocked up), Britney Spears little sister Jamie Lynn Spears is, indeed, PREGNANT. In fact, I believe this is the SECOND time she has been knocked up (the first one being in July).
So let’s get some background here. First, who’s the boyfriend?
It’s this guy, whose name is Casey Aldridge. Looks like a real winner, don’t he! Let’s get some more information. First, Jamie Lynn Spears’ official statement:
“I can’t say it was something I was planning to do right now,” the 16-year-old confesses to OK!. “But now that it’s in my lap and that it’s something I have to deal with, I’m looking forward to being the best mom I can be.”
Good Lord. Well, let’s keep reading, shall we? More Jamie Lynn Spears sperminated goodness after the jump!

As for her decision to keep the baby, the Zoey 101 star explains, “I think my whole life I would have to live with knowing what I did or what I didn’t do.” And Jamie Lynn, who intends on raising the child in her home state of Louisiana, also tells OK! that she intends to face up to the life-changing choice she’s made. “I’m the one who has to live with it for the rest of my life,” she says. “I put myself in this position, an adult position, so I have to act like an adult and take responsibility for what I did.”
Of course, Jamie Lynn won’t be going it alone. Her mother, Lynne Spears, says to OK!, “I want her to ask me to help as much as she wants me to because I will be there for her. I want to be a big part, if she wants me to be.”
As for any message Jamie Lynn’s fans might take away from this news, the young actress is realistic. “I definitely don’t think it’s something you should do; it’s better to wait. But I can’t be judgmental because it’s a position I put myself in.”

Within hours of hearing the news about her 16-year-old sister’s unexpected pregnancy, Britney Spears was going wild on the streets of Los Angeles.
The troubled pop star’s first stop was the Lisa Kline boutique, where Brit often shops when depressed. With her chihuahua in hand, the 25-year-old mother of two tried on a variety of short dresses and jeans. And while this might not strike one as odd, what the former Mrs. Kevin Federline told reporters as she left was certainly of note. “My sister’s not pregnant!” the “Gimme More” songstress exclaimed. Um… Is there another Spears sister we don’t know about?

Of course, we want to know how she broke the news to her parents. Here we go:
She told her parents just before Thanksgiving.
“I didn’t believe it because Jamie Lynn’s always been so conscientious,” her mother, Lynne Spears, told OK!. “She’s never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby.”
Aldridge’s mother, Joyce Aldridge, told TMZ she was “aware of the recent interview regarding her and being pregnant” and that “we are in agreement with everything that was said by Jamie Lynn.”

honestly, i think that anyone who has anything negative to say needs 2 keep their comments 2 themselfs. everyone makes mistakes. in gods eyes all sins r =. things like this happen all the time in our society, we just dont know about it. the only reason people hate on jamie lynn spears is because they dont know them personally. it is really disrespectful 2 try and put yourself in someones situation and give your input when it isnt asked for.yes, jamie lynn did make a careless decision but im sure that she learned from it and i am almost positive that the people who actually know her arnt talking about her this way.there is a difference in being disapointed in someone and totally bashing them.teenagers 2day ar ehaving sex all the time, but that doesnt mean its right. but it happens.i bet have the teens who are gossiping about her have had sex but just havent been the unlucky ones 2 get preg. i think that if you dont know jamie lynn, than dont be a jugdemental jerk. keep your coments to yourself and let her live her life in peace!

jamie lynn spears admits she made a mistake, and she learned from it. it’s her personal life and we shouldn’t interfier, this hasn’t ruined her life at all it’s a chance to show what a big person she can be raising a child. we all know that it wasn’t a good thing to do specially at her age, but it’s her life she can do what she wants with it, she didn’t start off that well by having a baby but she can always go on and achieve great things in her life. so just leave her alone cause you don’t know how her heart , her personality really is inside , stop insulting her for doing something wrong , where sooooo many tennager’s went through. jamie’s a great actress and singer and if we all support her she could be a great mother also!!

I think that we shouldn’t be so judgemental tons of people get pregnant at young ages there is a girl in my school who is 15 and just had a baby actually there are alot of those at my school but just because its a celebrity we have to make a huge deal out of it adn call her a slut and everything else in the book so i think that you guys should give her a break

You may think babies are something endearing, but they all grow up to be like everybody else in the end. In my eyes, Spears is just bringing in another mouth to feed… Another burden. She should have kept her legs together, because she not only ruined her life but the lives of many animals that will suffer from the birth of yet more human spawn.
