WHAT? This is not a sad storyline. I think it is absolutely ridiculous. She is making love to a ghost? What is going on here??? I mean, the first time Denny came back was ok, but now its just overkill.

I realy watch alot tv shows and this particular scene was by far the most sadest one. Love the series for that.

And Ty, I believe in moving on. I don’t think Izzy is trying to compensate anything. Denny changed Izzy, like that old man in a later episode said, in her soul. She wouldn’t be that person that fel in love with george if there hadn’t been Denny. So no I don’t think she’s compensating, I think she’s looking for that what Denny would want her to look for, for true love – not for random sex with guys like Alex. And I think it’s good. I hope george will see it the same way and not stay with Calli only because he made a wrong thing with marrying her.

Hey, This scene makes me think that despite the fact that the writers would have us believe that Izzie and George are destined to be together, Izzie may always carry a torch for Denny. It is entirely possible that she has only fallen for George as a way of compensating for the loss of Denny. And George may be too loyal to his new wife Calli for the relationship to ever materialize. WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?

i cry every single time i see this scene… its so sad and katherine heigl did an amazing job… this was definitely the saddest greys anatomy moment yet… i miss denny.

the scene where izzy was to cut off the tube and denny looking at her with all the loving assurance was so powerful.great acting for denny
