[Update: A friend of Jake's hacked his twitter acct. There is no band for Jake. He tweeted, "Hey my friend hacked onto my twitter i dont have an album or music career!!! Im gunna kill my friend lol" Now that was a good prank!! LOL.]
Wizards of Waverly Place star Jake T. Austin shared some interesting news via twitter yesterday. The boy is starting his own band!!
He tweeted, “In the studio tonight working on my new album! Band auditions tomorrow, its called the austinz!! auditions will be held shortly. i will let u know the date time and location to come try out.”
Jake T. Austin is about to have his own band? I seriously did not see that coming! I can not wait to see him sing, hear him sing and see who makes it into his band. Congrats Jake!
Jake currently stars as Max Russo in the hit Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place.

Check his twitter again. He “tweeted” later that one of his friends pranked him and hacked into his account and made it up. No album or band unfortunately.
