I thought this story was just bizarre. Janice and Nicole are friends? Who knew? Anyways, apparently they are and Janice is pleased and relieved Nicole is seeking help (she’s been taking better care of herself and is frequently photographed going in and out of medical clinics the past few weeks).

Good friend to Nicole Richie, Janice Dickinson, has said she is glad that Richie is now receiving professional help for her eating disorder because Dickinson was worried that the youngster was ‘’stressing her body out”.
Janice knows knows all too well the consequences of failing to eat healthily, because she suffered from anorexia when she was younger.
Ms Dickinson hopes that Nicole will will be able to overcome her problem and says: “I don’t think Nicole is a healthy size. She was barely eating, only drinking Red Bull and going out every night. She was stressing her body out. She has issues but she’s getting help.”
Nicole Richie still hasn’t publicly admitted she has a disorder. If they are such good friends, wouldn’t Janice know the truth OR have the courtesy to keep her mouth shut?
