Lindsay Lohan and Jared Leto make a quick escape from the Ivy, the couple used the back door to avoid the photographers waiting outside.

Evidently, they were not successful.

Yeah, I know Jared put on the pounds for the movie, but still it’s a shock. But, I guess this is a big break for Jared’s movie career – and being with Lindsay doesn’t hurt there either!
