Acrya, what seems to be your problem? What the HE..are you going ti do for entertainmebt when idol is over?You won”t have anyone on the posts to pick on. I don”t think I am a biggot, I truthfully did not know that brillo head was a racial slur.I think you are the one with the problem,especially living in MIAMI. God forbid. Hey Krazyee no need to feel or as you put it “fwwl” sorry for me. It’s no skin off my back that Jason got eliminated. I was just voicing my opinion as everyone else here did. It’s good that Jason has a strong fan base just keep in mind (however little it may be) that not everyone has the same taste in music. For you to get all ignorant and act like you are the sole person in the world that has the perfect taste in music is absurd, and the fact that you are getting so upset and result to name calling and I saw somewhere else where you resorted to being a biggot and a rasict, I feel sorry for you cuz karma is a bitch. You are the one that needs to wake up and get out of that time warp. On other posts you talk bad about black people so how are you a perfect person? It’s not the 60’s and one day you are going to say the wrong thing about black folks in front of or to the wrong person and…well you know what happens then. The more you insult other people especially because they are black or have a different grade of hair than yours doesn’t make you a god or anything higher than basic dog poop. You see it doesn’t feel good does it when someone calls you out your name?
It’s krayzee people like you that makes me so glad I have faith and in a higher power and morals to care about other people and not pay attention to their race or hair style or even taste in music. But of course people like you never understand they just spend their whole life hating for no REAL reason which actually kind of funny….pooor krayzee feels sorry for A’kyra because she is not fond of Jason Castro….LOL…more power to ya kayzee.

It’s great to see that Jason does have a strong fan base but I bet he would not want a biggot like you cheering for him…especially one that talks bad about black people when he is obviously a fan of some of the greatest…lol…have a great day

Britt thank you for saying that because u have the exact same mind set i do when it comes to jason. Not everyone gets him, but the ones that do, are incredibly touched by him. And u used the perfect word to describe him and his performances-raw. He came into this competition with no previous singing experience. He wasnt professionally trained and “polished” like the others. The only thing he brought with him was a passion for music and his genuine and beautiful soul but that was all he needed because that reflected in his performances and that means a heck of alot more to some people than hearing someone just belt out a song. I for one, cannot wait until he puts out a cd. I have a great feeling he will surpass the idol winner and then some. God bless u jason.

I think there are more than one way to sing a song. It doesn’t have to be belted out, and in most cases, the fact that Jason sang certain songs with his voice made the songs more touching and raw. I was horrified that he got crap for not belting out “Memory” which actually makes me tear up everytime I hear his studio version.
Out of all 24 that made this show this year, Jason’s CD is the only one I will be buying.
Furthermore, he DID care about this competition, but got overwhelmed near the end.

I love Jason and he has more talent than anyone except David Cook. Archie needs to go but not before fake Synosha. If she isn”t eliminited next, I will turn off the DVR. I can”t even look at that wantabe DIVA..Kim Locke REINCARNATED. YUK…

I feel bad that he went through suck a bad time. I think he really felt bad about getting the lyrics messed up. I think that even that he didn’t make it in American Idol doesn’t mean he’s not incredibly talented. He’s unique and different and he made the show alot more interesting. I think Jason Castro will go very far in life even if he didn’t make on stupid American Idol.

I think Jason Castro was really great! Maybe his vocals weren’t as good as David Archuleta’s or David Cook’s? But you don’t have to have that diva’s voice to be a great artist. His style was just different… it was just his own, a simple but unique style that many loved. I loved to listen to him sing. It never mattered to me what the judges said about the song after, I just loved to hear him sing. There’s just something in his voice and his music that I love… something that wasn’t in the others’.
Well, maybe he didn’t win American Idol. But he did win–in his own special way. Go, Jason!
