Just when I think Laguna Beach’s Jason Wahler is behaving himself, he goes and gets himself arrested again.
As much as I can’t stand the guy, it’s clear that he has some serious substance abuse issues (whether it’s rumored drug use or his obvious underage drinking) and I just feel sorta sad for the kid.
Here’s his latest brush with the law:
GREENVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Jason Wahler was arrested this weekend and charged with underage drinking and resisting a public officer, authorities said Monday.
Wahler, 20, who appeared on MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County reality series, was arrested by an undercover state Alcohol Law Enforcement agent at Rumors nightclub in Greenville late Friday night and booked at Pitt County Jail early Saturday morning, authorities said. He was released on $1,000 bond several hours later.The charge of resisting a public officer stems from providing several false birth dates, said ALE Agent Matt Knight, who arrested Wahler. Wahler, who wasn’t carrying identification, told Knight he was on a TV show.
Wahler is scheduled to appear in Pitt County District Court on April 18.
The Associated Press was attempting Monday to reach a representative for Wahler.
Wahler’s arrest was first reported on the celebrity news website TMZ.com
I’m thinking Lauren Conrad is pretty happy that she is no longer attached to such a disaster.

Jason was arrested yet again in Seattle, Washington over this past weekend for trespassing and fighting in a hotel lobby with another guest.
What the hell is this guy doing? He’s got a criminal span from California, to North Carolina, to New York and now Seattle??? The world does not need him. I wish ones like him, Spencer, Brody, Heidi would all disappear. They have no class.
Apparently, Jason can add being a racist to his list of horrors and feces conduct.
