Jay-Z, Beyoncé’s baby boy, was recently spotted in Washington DC outside of his hotel, sporting a white top and faded baggy jeans, complete with bling and a cigar. If I’m not mistaken, he was seen with those same jeans when he went out to dinner with Bey the other night.
I almost always think this man looks fly. Some of you have even referred to him as Mr. Swaggerlicious. There is no denying he has got the swag factor on his side.

I went 2 DC July 14-19.It was amazing.I went 4 like a summer program field trip.On July 18 we went 2 an amusement park called Kings Domain.We took a Cavallo bus.It took us 15hrs to get to DC from Illinois.I wonder what part of DC did Jay go 2,and why was he there?Where was Beyonce at??I c the Washington monument in the 2nd pic!!
