On Monday, December 14th, Jennifer Hudson had a wonderful Christmas Special that aired on ABC. Called “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” it featured some of the jaw-dropping talent that Jennifer has always been known for. So often I find myself asking how in the world she didn’t go right through to the top – but clearly fourth place hasn’t hurt her one bit!
Jennifer Hudson singing “O Holy Night” which is one of my all-time favorite Christmas songs:
Needless to say, she did a killer job on it. And all the rest of them!
This clip shows Jennifer’s journey back home to Chicago where she performs at her high school, her family church, and more. It was especially beautiful seeing her talking with her music teacher, someone Jennifer said always believed in her.
Two more video clips of Jennifer Hudson’s Christmas special below the cut!
This clip continues where that one left off:
Jennifer Hudson and Michael Buble did two duets together, “Baby It’s Cold Outside” and “Let It Snow”. I love Michael Buble and the two of them work well together.
Finally, I wish that I could find the whole clip for this and will post it if someone uploads it – Jennifer and some of her family did a crazy, amazing version of “O Come All Ye Faithful”. Check this out!
