Jennifer Lopez is providing inspiration for new moms who want to get back in shape. She also knows that while she’s training for a triathalon, it’s not something new moms should expect to do. Getting back in shape should be a process and not instantaneous.
She tells one source:
“You’ve got to start slow and give yourself time. This is not something that is natural to me but it’s something that is a challenge and I’m always into challenging myself and seeing what I can do. You have to start little by little and you just work up to it.”
Despite reports that Jennifer was working out hard immediately after giving birth, Jennifer waited quite a few months before she even got back in the gym. Here’s some more info from the Today show on celebrity moms like Jennifer Lopez and how they got back in shape.
