According to celebrity news on IMDB, Ben Affleck confessed that he regrets his past relationship with Jennifer Lopez. He simply states that it was “bad for his movie career”.
Affleck is adamant he should never have got involved in the first place – because the publicity surrounding their romance tainted his career.
He says, “I was no longer in control of my life. I thought I wanted certain things, but I didn’t. I got lost. I felt suffocated, miserable and gross. I should never have gone down that route or got sucked in to all the publicity.
“I was typecast as myself. Too many people weren’t getting past what they read about me. That was damaging. I can tell from experience it’s bad for you, and bad for your career. So I took a break, went away for a while and let things calm down.”

He concluded his statement by saying that he’s a lot happier with Jennifer Garner (the Other Jennifer) and his two young daughters, Violet and Seraphina, and that family life has definitely changed him and made him a better man. From the picture above with him holding cute little Violet, I would have to agree with him, he looks like a happier man. Fatherhood looks good on you, Ben.
I’m sure Jennifer is completely happy for him and his family, as she too has happily moved on being busy with her own family - her adorable twins, Emme and Max, and hubby Marc Anthony. But, I’m sure she wasn’t happy to hear her ex- fiancé make a public announcement saying that he regrets his relationship with her. Ouch, Ben!

Did ben affleck really say what i think he said … let get the facts straight he so happy ( yeah right) he misberable on the inside because he knows jennifer Lpoez was his only shot of happiness … what is a jennifer gardner she like a mix between homely and homeless her style is bad and she can only get kids roles same goes for the onetime daredevil he regrets his relationship with jennifer Lopez he should regret going back to that pathetic excuse of a wife jennifer gardner , Ben is a coward blaming his career going down on jennifer lopez, his career went down because the * people* knew he was at his best with jennifer and tryed their best to bring her down, let me get things straight there is a BIG difference between jennifer lopez and jennifer gardner, and everybody know that. if ben is oh-so happy then why does every time the papizarri takes a picture of him and jen he doesn’t look happy so he can cut the crap about the regrets if jennifer lopez was such a regret he should have stayed with gwen.
