During Jessica Alba’s pregnancy there were rumors about her being unhappy with her body (duh) and what it turned into and this week we are confirmed that Jessica indeed had some serious problems when it comes to her looks during the pregnancy. “I never felt less sexy” said Alba to Cosmopolitan (U.K.) when asked about the pregnancy period and added “I mean, I wouldn’t have changed it for the world … but I wanted to get rid of all the weight.”
Immediately after giving birth, Jessica went on a low-carb low-fat diet and combined with a strict workout regimen she was able to lode over 30 lbs and squeeze into a tight little bikini even before the summer was over. The diet, put together by Ramona Braganza (whom we mentioned earlier this week) is a 12-week plan and Jessica seems to have followed it to the “T”.
In an interview, Braganza suggests to “Take some time off and enjoy your body. It’s good to treat yourself after all that hard work.” Which explains the bikini-beach vacation this week as celebrating the weight loss.
About Jessica’s workout Braganza added “She loves to move,” says Braganza. “She swam and played volleyball, but she was out of the gym and enjoying herself.”
