Jessica “Sugar” Kiper, who played Jess’ girlfriend Shane on Gilmore Girls, has been cast on Survivor: Gabon on CBS for this Fall. This is the 17th season of Survivor and takes place in Africa in Gabon, “Earth’s Last Eden.” Here’s an interview with Jessica Kiper:
“Sugar”, now 29, adopted the fun and flirty nickname as a waitress in a 50s diner. After starring in 4 episodes of Gilmore Girls, Jessica continued to act in small parts on TV and in movies. But she’s mostly now known as a pin-up model! Check out some of the photos here.

OMG I thought she looked familiar but then I just shrugged it off as “no it’s just that sweet girl next door look she’s got going for her.” She was my favorite before but now that I know who she really is I’m hoping she goes all the way.

I always thought Bob was a phony. He wouldn’t even have been in the final except for Sugar and he didn’t even acknowledge her. He should have given her the $100,000. Sugar, you were great!
