Ok, so the judge released her to the care of Dr. Drew Pinsky who is doing that reality show. But, the judge was really upset and stressed that she is NOT to do ANY interviews or anything like that while she is in treatment for one year. She also got, 3 years of probation to serve after her one year in rehab. Here is a direct quote of what the judge said "I don't want this to be some sort of stepping-stone for her to have some sort of a career as a recovering addict," he said. "I don't want her giving interviews. I don't want her on TV. I don't want anybody glamorizing the fact that she's a drug addict. I'm over that." LOL...gotta love the judge for saying that b/c it's so true how TV glamorizes drug addicts and feeds off of their misfortunes in relapsing.
