Jessica Simpson and her crew are in Uganda filming her new reality show for Vh1, The Price of Beauty. Both she and bff Ken Paves Tweeted about their stay.

Jessica Tweeted:

WTF?!? Do I really have to sleep like this?”

The netting in the picture above is a mosquito net, used to prevent excessive bug bites while sleeping.

Ken Paves posted this photo on his Twitter:

He Tweeted at Jessica and Cacee Cobb:

“is this the price of beauty?? Don’t let the bed bugs bite!”

That is one big spider!

Edited to add: Jessica Simpson just Tweeted:

“LOVED my first day in Uganda meeting incredible women filled with spirit…bedtime in the tent is questionable.think brookstone sleep jess.”

Jess is getting a lot of flack about her mosquito net Tweet. Many people on Twitter are calling it a cultural sensitivity fail. What do you think? Is she criticizing a way of life for some people, or merely commenting on difficult sleeping arrangements? Let us know in the comments below!

I am a Ugandan living in USA and I think she should have gone to Uganda or Africa looking for good stuff like, great people we have in Africa who work hard to make a difference or maybe adapt an orphan whose parents were killed in a war. that would have been something. if she wanted to sleep around bugs, she shouldn’t have crossed the ocean to do that. going camping in her backyard should have done the trick. Its people like her that give Africa a bad name. If she didn’t have money for a hotel, Many people would have given her a mansion free of charge because thats kind of people we have in Uganda( my family would have fixed up Jessica..) so, how is yr show working out for you Jessica??????????????lol next time try to do something positive. spiders???lol….

Who invited her to africa in the first place to embarass them like that???? If big names like Bill Clinton and the Queen were able to be there for nights how about her??? i didnt even know she existed until today when someone gave me this trashy website. Who are you? i still do know who you are or what you do???!!! If africa has too many mosquitoes please save your help and enjoy your good life wherever you stay. They don’t need help from likes of you let them die. Foolish woman.

It is really hard to get rid of bed bugs. i also had this problem and the best solution is to replace all your bed room.
