Jessica Simpson dating Friday Night Lights’ star Taylor Kitsch?

Perez is reporting that our girl Jessica Simpson is dating Friday Night Lights‘ hottie Taylor Kitsch.

Apparently she was introduced to Kitsch by her bff CaCee Cobb‘s’ BF, Donald Faison, who is best known for playing Turk on Scrubs. A source told ShowbizSpy.com that the two met in December at a casual soiree:

“Jessica had a bunch of people over for pizza and beer, and Donald bought his pal Taylor. They ended up talking all night and it’s gone from there. He’s very sweet and constantly tells Jessica she’s gorgeous.”

Gotta say, I’m loving the direction Jess is going in with men. From Gerard Butler to Billy Corgan and now to Taylor Kitsch, it is obvious that Jess is choosing more laid back, low maintenance guys. I approve!

Also, if they got married, her name would be Jessica Kitsch. Totally fits!
