It all started with her pictures from Country Music Fest. Sure, she looked gorgeous, but it looked as if Jessica Simpson had put on a few pounds, especially in the area of her face.
Then, I caught these photos of her over the weekend while walking around New York City:
It clearly looks as if she is hiding something underneath that big ole shirt.
But then I caught this article that talked about Jess’s overeating due to the stress of dating Tony Romo. They’re back together, then apart, then together, and back apart….. it’s bound to drive a girl to the candy counter!
The source says, “When things with Tony got rocky, Jess just went on a sweets binge.”
They also say she’s added 15 pounds to her frame and is desperately trying to lose it.
Well here’s our advice, Jess. Don’t starve yourself or lose the weight because of Tony. Do it for you, girl!

I hate when the media makes a big deal about someone gaining weight. Personally I think Jessica has always been a healthy weight, and thought she lost a little too much when she was in Dukes of Hazzard. She is so pretty and I think she still looks gorgeous.

Yeah, when she was in Dukes, she worked out like a madwoman and got too bony. I had heard when she was younger the studio exec’s wanted her to lose weight, and she only weight 110 pounds at the time!

Jessica – yes it’s important to mention again – Jess is gorgeous and even with a few pounds she’s still a beauty. (And would be no matter how big she got.) Besides that, wouldn’t we all like to be “as fat” as she is!

I think part of it is also because Tony is a Football player. Usually when you begin dating someone for a while, you get comfortable, which means more eating together-more going out. Women tend to put on weight when they are settled in a relationship partly because women tend to eat more-and with their man. And Tony is a big guy who probably eats a lot-due to playing football. And this happens often when a women dates a man who eats 4 times as much as her.So slightly in a way-she may have not been as “eye watchy” about her weight as she was when she was single.

jayne That’s a good point. I think this happens a lot and there’s nothing wrong with it. Women get comfy and settled when they’re in a relationship, and they eat like the guy eats.

carlie: I think Jessica is much prettier than Vanessa. Can’t tell you who is better for Nick, tho, hopefully he can decide that himself. One thing is for sure, Jessica sure wasn’t the right one for him (and vice versa.)

Jessica is NOT fat especially when you consider the stupid camera adds 10 pounds, can even imagine how gross someone like Paris Hilton (gross no matter what actually) or even Anne Hathway or Jennifer Connelly look in person? I am so sick of this skinny crap. Enough already. Jessica looks amazing…better than when she was super skinny for sure.

oh yea she’s a real “porker” NOT…i wish i was as skinny as she is…i used to be a 115lb and i’m 5′8″ now 3 kids later i’m well over 250lbs.. she looks gorgeous..just leave her the hell alone!

I don’t think anyone should be making a big deal out of it, I mean – everyone goes through weight loss and gain. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with it!
God made everyone beautiful no matter how much they weigh, and I, personally, admire Jess’s beauty.
