Jessica Simpson is now directly addressing negative comments being made about her recent weight fluctuations. And where has she taken to air these comments? Why, Twitter, of course–every celebrity’s favorite forum for open discussion!

On October 23, Jess posted this seemingly random Tweet:

Everyday I am challenged to be the best version of myself. Can I do it?Yes!! Gods plan for my life is bigger than me…so is yours..believe!

Apparently, someone called @MissMallory2U Tweeted at her:

I highly doubt god’s plan for you is bigger than your ass

Jess responded:

The G in the word God is capitalized. My *ss is small actually

A few minutes later she randomly Tweeted:

i have worn butt pads…lol :)

Ha! You have to admit, Jess handles these situations beautifully. While other celebs might milk them for all the publicity their worth (Jennifer Love Hewitt, anyone?), or completely crumble, Jess has held her head high throughout all the negative criticism. She has genuinely taken the high road and that is what the bigger person does. And in this case, bigger means better. :)
