Jessica Simpson’s “Come on Over” is really geting some attention. Exec’s for the CMA Music Festival’s Country Night to Rock have chosen “Come on Over” to be featured as part of the promotion spots that will run on ABC from now until September 8th.
That seems fitting, given the fact that Jessica’s first country album will be released September 9th.
The “Night to Rock” is a pretty big deal in country music. According to the Country Hound, it was “filmed during the 2008 CMA Music Festival in Nashville in June and will air on ABC on Sept. 8 from 9-11 p.m. EST.”
Jessica’s buddy Carrie Underwood will perform there as well. Should be interesting…. Still, it’s nice to see “Come on Over” being so well received.
