Jessica Simpson‘s 5-year-old Malti-poo, Daisy, is still missing. As we’ve reported, she’s enlisted the help of pet-finder agency, FindToto.com, but that has not seemed to help.
She recently posted on Twitter: “Still holding out hope despite the assholes that say is it a dumb thing to do. Daisy is my baby…why would I stop searching? I’m a mom.”

From Jessica Simpson's Twitter page
Martha Stewart, Simpson’s co-star in the Macy’s commercials, commented on Simpson’s missing pooch to Usmagazine.com at Us’ 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers Bash in New York City. Her comments?
“It’s pretty sad. She should have watched it more closely, though. She should have been more careful.”
Though her comments seem harsh, Stewart did offer some words of wisdom to the grieving popstar:
“Get another dog. I think it’s very important to get another dog, someone else to love. You just have to find the dog that’s the right match for you.”
Should she give up, or keep looking? I personally think it is understandable that she is still “holding out hope.” Furthermore, some of the media just seems to be being mean by making fun of her or telling her to get over it. I don’t know many people that wouldn’t be upset if their beloved pet died or went missing, so it is only reasonable that Jessica feels the same, and is using her celebrity status to possibly find her pup. What do you think?
