Both JK Rowling and Daniel Radcliffe have been named to the Forbes Celebrity Power list.
JK Rowling is on there for obvious reasons; she’s sold over 375 million of her books since 1998 and is the richest woman in Britain. Daniel Radcliffe is loaded because of his roles in the Harry Potter films, most notably because of his $50 million deal last year to film the last three films (Half-Blood Prince and both Deathly Hallows segments).
JK was no surprise to me, but DANG. DanRad is one rich wizard!

Like you, I can see the obvious choice with JKR -but Radcliffe? Don’t get it? How is he powerful? Rich, yes – but I haven’t seen in him in anything else that is “blockbuster-worthy” beyond his Potter roles. (Even with his clothes off, he hasn’t really created anything ‘magical’ that has been noteworthy.)
