Joanie Dodds, runner-up in Cycle 6 of America’s Next Top Model, has added a new gig to her resume – television host. Joanie is now the host of the DIY Network’s newest show, Run My Renovation.
Run My Renovation started filming in August and should air sometime in the new year. It gives America control over home owners’ renovations by allowing viewers to select everything from flooring to cabinetry, decor and more!
“We just started filming, so it won’t be on TV until like January or so,” Joanie told the Times Online. “It films in Knoxville, Tennessee, about every other week, so I’m on the road a lot but it’s a super fun experience and I’m learning so much. I even get to drive a big red pickup truck.”
“Run My Renovation takes interactive television to the next level by allowing viewers to become backseat contractors,” said Andy Singer, DIY Network’s head of programming. “We’re looking forward to having America decide what goes into total strangers’ renovations.”
Good for Joanie to get a gig like this! I’m not into home renovation shows, so I won’t be tuning in. Will you?

Has anyone seen this video on YouTube – JOANIE SMOKING WEED…. I doubt DIY channel would like to have someone openly doing drugs is a good host for them.

She must have took it down, not wanting everyone to see what she is really up to. There are pictures of her smoking weed as well. There is another site that has the video running and the pictures.
