Joel Madden recently chatted with People magazine about his friends Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson. The two joined Joel and Nicole in parenthood, becoming parents to a baby boy named Bronx Mowgli Wentz. Joel has every confidence in his friends and knows they’ll be great parents.
“They both have really big hearts. I wish them the best. I know they have their hands full right now but I’m excited for them,” he said.
I think it’s great Ashlee and Pete and Joel and Nicole are all friends. It’s important to have a support group that knows what you’re going through and can help you out. Becoming parents is an amazing thing, but it’s also a lot of work, a huge change and it’s exhausting!
On a side note, I can’t stand the name Pete and Ashlee chose. It’s so not my style. Are you a fan?

That doesn’t sound right together… you’ve got names like Harlow Madden and Apple Martin, hell even the Jolie-Pitts names flow nice…
But Bronx Wentz? I mean, I like the name Bronx, but it doesn’t sound right together.
