John McCain Grilled on The View - Video

Senator John McCain was on The View last week and the hosts peppered him with some tough questions but, of course, no one can really know what the true answers to these queries are.  I mean, you can ask the tough questions and even accuse someone of lying in their campaign ads (as Joy Behar did) but the candidate can always lie.  When his wife Cindy McCain came out to join him, she was asked how many houses they have and she refused to answer the question saying that their personal possessions were not a part of the campaign.  I must politely disagree with Cindy since, I feel, that a person’s personal situation really affects how well they understand the needs of the people they plan to lead.

I haven’t figured out how I really feel about candidates being on talk shows.  Should they appear on these shows and should talk show hosts be allowed to ask them these types of questions.  Tell me what you think!

I was embarrassed for all the women except Elizabeth. They treated McCain with all claws out while when Obama was on the women were blushing acting like young girls with high school girl crushes. Typical Hollywood. I will not watch The View now and neither with my friends and my own sister who was a devout View follower. Treat them all the same. Shame aon you women!
