The Jonas Brothers lost out to Adele for the Best New Artist, but they DID get to rock out with Stevie Wonder on stage for the 2009 Grammy Awards!
It was kind of cool that they actually performed Burning Up first before moving into Stevie’s hit Superstitious.
What did you think of the performance?
Poor Nick Jonas. I think he got himself all hyped up & was so exicted to be performing with Stevie that he kinda forgot the lyrics! They still did a really great job. Their energy was incredible onstage, more so than usual. Although what was that god awful thing Joe had hanging off his neck? Jewerly stolen from Lil’ Wayne?
I thought it was a fabulous performance by both artists. Although Nick forgot his lyrics, it was still a great show! I got the whole thing on my phone! I was also thinking of how honored the Jonas Brothers are feeling to perform with 22 time Grammy winning artist Stevie Wonder! It was a Ah-mazing show!
they did amazing-as always-even if he did forget the lyrics…i probably would have if i was performing with Stevie Wonder too.
