Jonathan Jaxson and Kim Zolciak Fighting Again

There are three certain things in this life: death, taxes, and Kim Zolciak breaking up with her publicist Jonathan Jaxson yet again. Me thinks these two might have a thing for each other with the amount of drag-out fighting they do. Here’s the story: Kim hired Jonathan last winter to rep her after the first season of Real Housewives of Atlanta ended.

Soon after, the two got into a fight for alleged nonpayment of Jonathan, (also known as JJ’s) fee. They continued to fight until the show came back on, and Kim hired JJ again. It looked like everything was peachy until last night, when JJ linked to an article on Radar Online that alleged that Kim had not paid one of the producers of “Tardy For The Party,” Don Vito. He linked to a post he wrote on her blog that again, hinted that “details are coming.” It’s been deleted from the blog, but the RSS feed still had it:

The blog is still up, but Kim’s Facebook fan page has been deleted. She posted a link last night to a note where she apologized to JJ for lying, but I can’t locate the full text. Today, Kim is Tweeting that there is no lawsuit from Don Vito, the song is still on iTunes (I just checked and I can easily find it) and claimed that people are “forever” breaking into her Twitter account.

JJ is now linking to stories about Kim’s alleged stripper past, curiously the same story he was telling during their last fight. I’ll post again as the story develops.
