What is the law, in this situation? Will this confession count?
This confession was made with no lawyer present, is it still considered a confession? Would Joran need his Miranda rights read to him, before this confession would be admissible in court?
I am not really familiar with all the fine points of the law, or if the laws in Aruba differ that much, from other countries.

Not only should Joran be put in prison for life, but I am running off as many MSG employees as possible. Cutting sales reps pay, losing branch managers or firing them for no reason when they are making their numbers etc. Doug and I have done a wonderful job of not helping this company go public.
