Judge Grants Rihanna Rights to Tape Chris Brown

A judge has allowed Rihanna a protective order in which she can record  conversations on the phone with R&B 81123A2singer and alleged abuser Chris Brown.

The protective order states that Chris Brown cannot "harass, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), follow, stalk, molest, destroy or damage personal or real property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, or block movements of" Rihanna.

If he wanted to hit her again, he probably would. I mean, those things that were just listed off are all against the law and he did some of them anyway. What’s going to stop him from doing it now?

Oh, also remember when we saw pics of Chris Brown leaving a hotel bar late on the night that he went to court? The public is now being told that this was just for business with someone who works in the music biz. Sources say Chris never ordered or consumed any alcohol.
