I always find it to be a great testament to someone’s character when their ex will still say positive things about them. Break-ups don’t seem like the kind of thing that would bring about praise and adoration but not every relationship’s end has to mean bitterness.
Once upon a lifetime Brad Pitt was dating Juliette Lewis and although the relationship didn’t last, Juliette had some kind words for Brad, especially as a father.
She told People.com:
“When I run into [Brad] it’s like running into an old comrade. Good vibes. He’s grown into a fine man and father. Total super father. It’s pretty impressive. Their family unit is inspiring.”
That’s so nice to hear someone say, but especially someone who knew Brad so well!
(As an aside, isn’t that a gorgeous picture of Brad Pitt up there? Rawr.)

Phoebe – I agree with you. I´ve read many interviews where Brad has told that there aren´t any problems in his and Angie´s realtionship and I rather trust his words rather than some stupid and annoying rag stories. He and Angie are the only ones who know the truth about their relationship and judging by the recent pics of this beautiful couple they´re really loved-up and more in love than ever. WTG, Brad and Angie!

cheryl: don´t worry, i don´t think there is any truth behind it…..Brad made it clear in his interviews and i trust his words.
Cheryl – you shouldn´t be woriied. The tabloids write whatever they want to sell some extra copies. I used to be worried every time I read one of these alleged break-up rumors but nowadays I don´t care about them anymore. Actually I try to avoid seeing them. Those rumors come from so-called “reliable sources inside the family” or from “a close friend”. I often wonder who those people are. There isn´t any truth to those rumors. Brad and Angie have said in interviews that they don´t care about the rumors. They don´t have time or energy to read them. Brad and Angie are happy and very much in love. The pics from IB premiere show that. There is no tension whatsoever between them. Besides they have six healthy, adorable children they love a lot and who love them very much.
I do hope there is no truth to the tabloids. I know I shouldn’t , but I always have a little anxiety when I see the beakup hedlines

angela – thanks for the link to those two pics of Angie, BBT and Brad at the premiere of The Man Who Wasn´t There. In those pics Angie looks so much ín love with Billy Bob and Brad is talking with the lady on his left. Neither Brad or Angie sure imagined that just a few years later they would be together and having this beautiful family together. Maybe this premiere was just fate or coincidence but those two are meant to be together. Brad and Angie are soulmates and love the same things:each other, their children and charity work. Hope they stay together forever! God bless Brad and Angie and their children!

sunny- Cool about the blogger having a meal at a restaruant at the same table as Angie, Brad, and Shi back when Shi was 18 months old. That proves the nay-sayers who used to question Shi’s whereabouts and ask why they never brought her out wrong. Obviously, stories like the one you posted prove that they DID take her places when she was younger and didn’t just leave her at home all the time. It’s just that they were lucky enough to avoid the paps on some of those excursions.
Anyway, that said, I’m going on a short Labor day vacation starting today. I will be back on Wednesday (and boy, would it ever be nice to find new pictures of the twins waitng for me! :))!

The article says Scot’s couple went to ‘a lovely restaurent’.
The lady who wrote her encountering them wrote she went to ‘a small restaurent in the flea market’.
I think they are two different restaurents.
Anyway they are both lucky people for having lunch next to Brad&Angie’s table.
I also remember one blogger from New Orleans wrote he and his wife had a meal next Brad &Angie &Shiloh. He wrote it was Shiloh’s debut of having meal at the restaurent. She was 18 months old then. Luckly no media picked up his story.
Retrospect he wrote some interesting tidbit. It led me guessing Angie might be pregnant and she and US goverment had been planning her visit to somewhere in war-torn area. Two months later she visited Iraq with the officer of the State Department and she was pregnant.
Thank you for posting such a positive quote from Juliette Lewis about her ex Brad Pitt. It shows that she is a classy lady (and a good actress, I might add). So many times the media is negative, and it’s encouraging to read some good comments for a change. And also, thanks for the new photo of Brad. Yes, it’s definitely a hot one! i think it’s clearly obvious that they weren’t interested to each other back then. both of them were still in a relationship back in 2001. i am not attacking you also but i just don’t get what you’re trying to point out.

the only thing i could comment on the photos are, years after those photos were taken, who knew they would fall inlove with each other? who knew they would create a beautiful family together? who knew they would become the most famous celebrity in the world?
