Kara DioGuardi is in the new Theory of a Deadman video “Not Meant to Be” which makes me very happy because I love the Canadian rockers, whom I was fortunate enough to meeting during last year’s Juno Awards festivities here in Calgary. You may not be familiar with the band but they sound a lot like Nickelback but they look like they actually take showers.
I kinda got a kick out of the fact that the song, which was co-written by Kara with frontman, Tyler Conolly, contains the lyrics “one step forward and two steps back” which, of course, is similar to the lyrics from Paula Abdul’s hit “Opposites Attract” (two steps forward, two steps back). Anyway, watch the video and see if you like it:

I LOVE this song. Kara seems to be taking a liking to Adam. I bet even if he doesn’t win AI, she will write some awesome songs for him.
