American Idol season five runner-up, Katharine McPhee, looked gorgeous on the blue carpet earlier tonight at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. Even though it kinda looks like a lamp shade, the dress is pretty cute and I think that she just looks fresh but elegant. Sometimes I think she goes too far with trying to be sexy but this outfit proves that she can do that with a lot less effort.
