Kathy Griffin hosted the Comedy Central roast of Joan Rivers Sunday night in Los Angeles, to be aired on Comedy Central on August 9. Marc Malkin attended and judging from the jokes he chose to re-print in his column, it looks like Kathy (and everyone else who spoke, including her daughter Melissa Rivers) did give her the “verbal pap smear” Kathy promised.
