Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise made a visit to the Los Angeles, CA American Girl store today (April 1). As they were slipping out the back door, they were mobbed by the paparazzi.
Katie was dressed casually in a charcoal sweater and jeans, with her white knit hat. Suri was wearing her favorite article of clothing…a cute pink dress.
Katie has been spending quite a bit of time with Suri lately. They’ve been seen out and about having breakfast together, visiting a Scientology Center and hanging out at a museum. What I want to know is what is Tom Cruise up to these days?! It seems he has disappeared off the face of the earth.

I was thinking that Tom seems to have disappeared too, how come he manages to evade the paps, doesn’t he leave his house to go places, he comes across as very secretive in the things he gets up to.
oh man he’s sooooooo discriminarted against. the guy cant even scratch his bum or twitch his nose without ‘conspiracy theories being made up!!’ SOOOOO over it.

I’m not discriminating against Tom, there has been a lot, a lot of times I have stuck up for him, and times when I question things. Sorry Jennifer, but every time Tom is found out by the media, he’s embracing and kissing someone, as innocent as that might be thats whats happened. Didn’t mean to get you mad, but that is the way I feel. Do I like Tom…yes, do I trust Tom whole heartedly….no.
Yall crack me up! Tom’s going about his business, living his life, doing whatever it is he does every day and here are people trying to figure out where he’s at and what he’s doing.
Given the fact that Tom was recently seen at Culver City Studio and always seems to disappear while he’s working ( take it from a fan who’s noticed his patterns ) , I’m guessing that he is probably off working hard on something or knowing his reputation as a workaholic.. several things.
With not only his acting career but also UA studios and C/W productions to look after he could just be too busy working on behind the scenes business to get out and about.
As is his habit he’ll dissappear briefly but it won’t be long and he’ll soon reappear as he always does .
you know guys, its great that you have come out to defend Tom, honestly Ithink its nice.

C/W Productions no longer exist. The partnership between Tom and Paula Wagner was dissolved. Thats a fact.
What I wonder about is why the paps are always able to track Katie and Suri, but not Tom. He uses a large black chauffered SUV just as Katie and Suri do. If the paps are following K & S to see where they go, why not Tom? Seems strange to me. I really wonder why!! Things that make you go Hmmmmmmmm!!

just read how rude people are to suri and tom cruise family in other site and it makes me so sad, i mean, okay, their job is entertaining the world but they were also human. suri is still toddler and people hard bashing her because she is chewing her own flip flop, i mean she is still toddler it happen perhaps she just didn’t like paps and camera hovering her all the time, and all the miscellaneous thing, OMG, she is just toddler, she could have what ever she want and she is normal little girl, well, it look like but she is looking healthy and happy, why people who has nothing against them hate them so much ??? is it the world turns out to be out of it’s place or people don’t having any brain to bashing little kid, so grossed.
I just hope they are both going to be making a movie, play, anything so I can go see them.

It all depends on where they are going. Some places are accessible by paps others are not. Generally some neghbourhoods in LA are not accessible by paps. That is why there are no pictures of Tom leaving his home. Other times, pictures of Tom alone are not interesting so paps prefer following Katie and Suri. Notice that it is also in public places like Cafes.
On that point, do you think the Afflecks tip of the paps too? I really find it hard to believe that Katie is so media hungry that she tips off paps every time. She is going to a public dance studio so it is easy for the people there to tip off paps for a fee.
WHY are they STILL doing the whole, “swaddle Suri in a blankie” thing! I can totally understand carrying her to protect her from the paps, but the blanket thing is getting old. It’s not even cold, people are in shorts. I love Katie, she’s a good mom and beautiful woman, but I think she sometime acts as if Suri were a 6 month old baby. I know some of you don’t care either way, but when I see her doing that, it just erks me.
If I had a mob of strangers were rushing towards me with cameras and calling out my child’s, I’d wrap him in a blanket (it’s instinctual) just to give him that feeling of extra comfort.

That’s an interesting statement, Lauren. Tom has been a superstar for 25 years. I find it hard to believe that paps are not interested in him or not interested in where he’s going or what he’s doing. I’m sure he goes to public places as well!! He’s not holed up in his home or a studio every hour of the day.
I guess we can tell which part of TomKat you’re a fan of!!

I love Tom and I agree with Lauren because I think the paps are in to bringing the stars down and a picture of Tom by himself without makeup looking down will not have people saying he is pregers, tired, loosing weight, too skinny, needs to wear a bra, is a stepford wife, or so many other things we have heard or read.
When we finally see a picture of him probably by himself it will say where is Katie is there trouble:o
Suri Cruise a “traumatized” child? Now that’s an April fools joke! Private jets, helicopters, daily shopping trips, traveling the world. Those paps are probably yelling how beautiful she is. Daily. I’m thinking more like one “lucky” little girl.

I agree. tom is a nice guy just living his life. why does he always have to account for his where abouts and why do people always try to dissect this family and find faults. they are nice people just living their own lives which they have a right to do folks.
