Supposedly, Katie Holmes has been having coffee and spending time with a mystery man. Sources (I sometimes hate that word, lol) say that she has some how been able to make time in between rehearsals to spend time with him.
“Mr X, the crew call him,” says a source. “Everyone knows that there’s nothing romantic going on, but it’s still got tongues wagging. One of the girls on the crew saw them having coffee last week, and when she went over and said hello … even though they spoke for about five minutes, Katie didn’t introduce the mystery man. She told me that he’s a friend from LA who’s in New York as well and they’ve just been catching up.”
Oh my! Katie having coffee with a male friend? The horror! I don’t see what the big deal is. Even if this is true and she didn’t want to give out his name, maybe she was just protecting him.

Interesting, but I can’t believe that she can do ANYTHING without Tom being fully aware. After all 1-2 SUV’s take her everywhere she goes-she is heavily guarded at all times..
Love the outfit by the way, but she looks painfully thin–no butt or boobs.

OK. People enough about her weight! If she ate the sandwich and gained weight…then you would be saying she is fat! We live in a society where thin is in. Maybe…someday it will be like it was long ago. Having meat on your bones was a sign of wealth. Clearly not that way today.

Good point Leah if she gained weight, there would be talk of how much weight she has gained. She would have to endure ’she is pregnant’ jibes. Look at the things they are writing about Demi Moore and Eva Longoria.
I am all for the fuller woman but sometimes weight just piles in the wrong areas. My weight piles on the tummy. I hate it. Katie’s weight piles on her lower half. When you are thin, you don’t have to worry about all that. Sorry. I don’t mean tosound like an advocate of size Zero.
The mystery man thing would never happen….too many photogs around for anyone like her to have a secret guy.

julie ı search nearly every gossip site but ı can’ t find about anything about mystery man , the only man she is with is tom, so where is this?
Gee… does anyone think that this woman knows that the paps follow her everywhere she goes? It would be a suicide mission for her to be seen publicly with someone she was having a fling with – and why can’t she have a male friend? Maybe he’s one of her scientology handlers, or truly just someone who’s in town and giving her some much needed company as Tom and Suri are back in L.A. I wouldn’t introduce someone “unknown” in her position either – she’s got to protect her friends from the media circus that surrounds her!
@dido – I read it on The Bosh (there’s a link on the post) and then one other place that I can’t remember. It would be hard to believe that if she was out with this “mystery man” that there would be no pics. Probably a bogus story…one of many in katie’s life unfortunately.

It may be a bogus story but believe me it is going to make a headline of some tabloid next week or after that. I wish they would not waste the money paying the writer of the story, I can easily concoct it. The editor should write it themselves in their sleep. No need to waste money.
Agree this is a bogus story, or else someone from their church counseling her. Katie doesn’t have many friends left who aren’t connected with
scientology. (Although she IS wearing a cross necklace lately! –Tom said that they were ‘just scientologists,’ Suri wasn’t baptised, and they weren’t married in a christian church, so what message is dear Katie sending to all us fans???)

but I still after all this time, miss her long hair…I know I am the only one who thinks that, i am fine with that too:) she looks way too old for me… and boyish with that cut…

We have a mag called Famous, it comes out every Monday, and the mystery guy story was in it , they had pics of Katie and this mystery guy, but it was on the set of Eli Stone, because I remember the clothes she wore and I think it was the producerof the show Greg Beranti. This magazine tells the biggest made up stories imaginable.
Kelly, I’ve written so often about missing Katies long hair that its become embarressing, at this point I would be so happy with just 4inches longer. If she was my daughter or sister I w ould tell her everyday to get rid of the short hair, it makes her look too mature for her age, its not right.
