Katie, Suri and Bailee Go for a Walk

Katie Holmes, Suri Cruise and Bailee Madison went on a walk while taking a break from filming “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” in Australia yesterday (July 21).

Katie Holmes and Suri Explore Australian Bush (USA Only)

The scenes they have been shooting for the last couple of days are on location in Macedon, a town in central Victoria, Australia. It’s cute how Bailee is always smiling and seems to have a good time with both Katie and Suri. I also think it’s great how Katie gets to bring Suri to work with her.

It was mentioned that it looks like Katie has her extensions in again and I would have to agree. There is a shot of hr standing sideways and she has long hair. Are you getting as excited about this movie as I am?

Next up for Katie Holmes is her appearance on “So You Think You Can Dance”, which premieres tomorrow, July 23rd! Unfortunately, I am going to miss it…so I will have to watch it late that night. This is the 100th episode and you can see it on FOX this Thursday @ 9/8c.

Katie’s number is a version of Judy Garlands classic “Get Happy”. Katie donated her performance fee to The Dizzy Feet Foundation.

More photos below (and I’ll add more later, as they become available).

Looks like they are not letting paps or cold get in the way of fun.
One more day till we can see Katie on SYTYCD. Ellen DeGeneres is a guest judge tonight.

  2. Just My Opinion

I think this little girl Bailee is a good companion for Suri. I think
Suri is very happy in Australia. She seems to like cool weather. I
love her little sneakers and am glad to see she is wearing socks. Also,
she seems to be okay now with letting her nanny or mom put a pin on her
hair instead of having it in her face, and is not fussing to take her
coat off like she was in New York. I think Suri is overall happier in
Australia and is probably behaving and listening to her mom and caretakers.

  3. Just My Opinion

I think having this little girl around Suri is gonna want to make Katie
    think about having another baby.

I too think its great Julie that Katie can take Suri to the set with her and I also think that Katie’s life is wonderful! Never thought I would write this but looking at her in these pics I am jealous of her life!!! I would love the opportunity to work as a lead in a horror movie and have my daughter and a cute little co-star hang out with me during filming breaks!! What a great job and what tremendous fun!!!! Now, married to TC…no, I still would NOT want that, but I will take everything else that she has, the dancing, the travel, the kids, the hair extensions and all the fun!!!! :)

Did anyone watch SYTYCD last night and see This Women’s Work dance and cry like a baby. I did and when they showed the judges they had been crying also.
It reminded me of my mom and me. My mom died of cancer and I had cancer (cancer free since 2001)

Hi Kate, happy to hear that things are good.

Kate, I watch SYTYCD every week so I did see the performance you are speaking of. It moved me too…I couldn’t stop crying especially when all the judges started commenting. I am sorry to hear of your loss (of your mother). I always say that there is no good age to lose your Mom…whether you are 7 or 70…it is a devastating loss and I feel for you. Also glad to hear you have beaten your disease and wish you continued good health. On a side night..I love these pictures and am happy to see that they are all having so much fun.

Lol…that is supposed to be “On a side note”… Sorry for the error.

Thanks for the kind words and wishes.
I feel so lucky that I found it so early that I didn’t need chemo they just had to remove it and I have to keep going for check ups.
