Can you blame Katie Holmes for wanting to have another kid with Tom Cruise considering how cute Suri is?
Katie Holmes "definitely" wants more children with husband Tom Cruise after having such an easy pregnancy with her daughter, Suri.
The 28-year-old experienced no morning sickness while she was expecting and had no food craving besides cupcakes.
The former Dawson’s Creek star gave birth to the couple’s daughter last April (06) and was thrilled by the experience.
She tells US Harper’s Bazaar, "I felt so proud to be having a baby and so excited. And I felt closer to other women – to my sisters, to my mom.
"I felt empowered, like, ‘I’ve given birth. I did it! There’s nothing I can’t handle.’"
Holmes says the transition from movie star to mother has been easy adding, "I’ve really enjoyed this time that I have taken to be with Suri as well as the challenges of the first couple of months: feeding and pumping, learning to decipher what each cry means – is she hungry? Is she tired? Does she need a fresh diaper? – and figuring out how to really help her."
When asked if she wants more children with Cruise she adds, "Definitely!"

I just heard there is a rumor that suri is a baby from surrogate toms cousin william? or some one she was staying with toms sister who initially carried the baby which is why there was so much hype about the birth and where it took place, right there in the mansion with a midwife

I couldn’t agree more will. But I think she is more strong minded than she lets on, I do not think she is as meek as she appears. Give her time, Tom is in for a big shock. If there is more where SUri came from, bring it on, she is a beauty that is for sure.

Suri is such a gorgeous baby, I was suprised how gorgeous she was, when the pictures came out, I’m so glad they had sex when they did, because any other sperm would not have made this pretty baby girl! I always wondered what Tom’s baby would look like because I thought he had nice eyes, and this baby came out looking gorgeous as hell!

I don’t believe this story at all. Katie is trying to get her career back on track, as she has taken several meeting lately. You can’t do that and be pregnant at the same time. And lets not forget, she is technically a step mother to his two kids, so……..she has three kids right now, being 28 I seriously doubt she’s in a rush to add more right now
Libraesque, I couldn’t agree more, but then again mistakes do happen. Personally am not sure….but I think Katie is pregnant. The clothes she is wearing and the fact that she pulled out of dark Knight (can you imagine Morgan Freeman too!!!!). She has also been careful not to wear anything revealing of late. And there is a certain look about her. I guess time will tell, besides this is a quote from her interview in Hapaar.

She did not pull out of Dark Knight. She was the only cast member that was not asked back. At that point she was considered box office poison because of the negative public image she and TC had during 05-06, I think a lot of the blame for the failure of Batman Begins was placed on her.

Librassque, I do not agree that Batman Begins was a failure at the box office, indeed it performed well opening at no 1 at the box office and eventually grossing almost 400 million!Remember Michael caine had said he hopped she would be back for the sequel Dark knight. I really do not think she is box office poison since she is not even among the top ten people whose movies would be skipped.
To add to that war of the worlds make box office history in grosses at the same time pulling in a billion$$$$ Please get your facts straight! Mission impossible problems were mainly due to Tom’s drug tirades and Katie’s being box office poison is tabloid wishful thinking since the ratings of Dawson’s creek re-runs have dramatically increased after Tomkat.
If they had thrown out Katie from the start, they would have had a replacement by now but there is still speculation whether it will be Blunt or Maggie Glynehall or Racheal hunter and they have had two years to make the decison. Dark Knight is a paramount picture and Tom is tight with Brad Grey, if he wanted Katie to play that role, believe she would. Already Redstone is talking of working with Tom again. So no, I do not think she was sacked, I believe she is a more box office attraction than all her possible replacements.
Just think about it without bias. I know there are those who would rather she was sacked, but no……, I think Tom did not want her to play femme fatale to handsome young hunks!!!!!!!!! Which is understable. Besides her part is reportedly only 10 minutes, is it worth it? Remember she doesn’t need money that much now or publicity for that matter.It is more about proving her quality as an actress and making her husband happy. I wish her success.

Libraesque, you got that from Wikipaedia, and you did not include the part where it says this was denied but Tom, Brad and Paramount. Brad Grey is hosting a dinner in honour of Tom’s charity work this spring. He always stood by Tom and distanced himself from Redstone when he sacked Tom. I do not know where you got from those numbers but I got mine from BBC and the box office web site. Also Mission impossible sold the highest DVDs last year despite Tom’s so called unpopularity. Rachela McAdam has since confirmed that she will not be in Dark knight. Even then I think Katie Holmes is a bigger box office attration than her. Look only Americans care about personal lives of stars. Notice that the rest of the world save for a couple of European American wannabe countries do not give a damn. I still insist she was not dropped.
