It must just be that time of year when reporters want everyone engaged or pregnant. New York Daily News recently reported that Katy Perry, singer of mega hit I Kissed a Girl was engaged to be married.
Katy Perry has responded by way of her own blog, Kitty Purry, and verifies that she is indeed NOT engaged.
Katy, along with the rest of the world, would like to see major news outlets do a bit more fact checking before breaking news stories.

Anywho, congrats to Katy Perry on her NOT engagement or whatever – I just adore her and her style. She’s so genuine, don’t you think?
